Intro to Dance IB: Ages 7-8

Service Description

Intro to Dance (Level I) begins the dancer's technical training in ballet, modern, tap and hip hop. Class begins with FUN FITNESS locomotor activities to warm-up the dancer's whole body while interacting with others. Dancers then progress through a comprehensive stretching routine to fully prepare their body to engage in the technical center floor & ballet barre work, followed by across the floor movement combinations . Dancers develop their sense of rhythm and fine motor skills through the tap curriculum and finish with upbeat and positive hip hop instruction to round out the 75 minute class.. $25 one-time registration fee is required by ALL NEW ENROLLEES--paid separately
